Welding Platform
Large-scale welding platform ensures flatness of the generator base and overall assembly. Minimizes vibration during operation for stable performance and extended service life.
Surface Protection
Sandblasting, phosphating, and electrostatic powder coating at 80-100 μm thickness. High-temperature curing at 200°C for 30 minutes delivers supreme corrosion and UV resistance.

Visual & Mechanical Inspection
External damage check, fastener tightness, piping/wiring interference inspection.
Electrical Verification
Battery voltage checks (12V/24V). Calibration of analyzers, gauges, and sensors within ±1% accuracy.
Full Load Testing
Load tests at 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% -- each for 30 minutes. Step-load application and removal testing included.
Performance Validation
Voltage variation ≤±1%, frequency variation ≤±0.5%, voltage recovery ≤3 seconds, overspeed control ≤115%.
